Terms
"Day #1 & #2" refers to the rental rate for each of the first and second days of each rental term. On the third day and for each subsequent day of the rental term the rate drops to the lower rental rate, referred to as "Day #3 +".
Pick-up is available after 10:00 AM Monday to Friday or after 9:00 AM on Saturdays or after 11:00 AM on Sundays and holidays.
Drop-off is required by 10:00 AM Monday to Friday or by 9:00 AM on Saturdays or by 11:00 AM on Sundays and holidays.
A Release of Liability must be signed for each rental.
Damaged or dirty gear will be repaired and/or cleaned and the charges added to your rental charges.
Reservations & Refunds
In order to reserve a rental for you, we require full payment for the rental period in advance. A driver's license (photo ID) and a deposit on Visa or MasterCard is required at the time of rental pick-up.
If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, we retain a 1 day rental as a non-refundable deposit. Please be completely sure you intend to rent before you complete the booking.
