Paddle Canada Sea Kayak Level 1 Skills

Description:

During this 2-day comprehensive course you will be taught techniques to improve your strokes, paddling skills and rescue skills, as well as journeying and seamanship.

Expected Outcome:

You will leave the Level-1 course with the skills and knowledge necessary for daylong sea kayaking trips in sheltered waters. You will receive your Paddle Canada Sea Kayak Level 1 Skills certificate.

Kayak and related gear is available for rent at at 25% off during this course, for those that do not have their own. Rescue gear is provided.

Prerequisites:

Paddle Canada “Introduction to Kayaking” Skills certification or equivalent skills and knowledge.
